I belong to a group of bloggers, Bloggers Supporting Bloggers Network. It is a group of bloggers who have committed to supporting every member in the group. The group is comprised of beauty, fashion, style and personal blogs.
Right before the holiday a handful of us came up with a Beauty Box Exchange. We agreed to share a beauty box with another member. The box should be a beauty product that we love and wanted to share. The exchange went like this, I would share my beauty item with Alexis from North on Harper . Alexis shares her beauty items with Zhanna from Life and Bows. Zhanna would share her items with Rebecca, so on and so forth. There are 10 blogs participating in total.
I received my box from Crystal of The Crystal Chronicle . Crystal has a personal blog. She’s also involved in PR and Beauty. She and I have talked about beauty products and favorite brands. Although, I own a fashion and beauty business, I haven’t used many of Estee Lauder cosmetics. Crystal sent me some Estee Lauder cosmetics.
Here is what was in my box.
A cute leopard print makeup bag. It is a coated bag perfect for my favorite lip products and mascara’s.
The cute curve shaped nail files in a leopard print. These files are genius! After using this curve designed nail filed, I can’t go back to a straight nail file.
A Estee Lauder Soft Clean Hydrating Lotion. A moisturizing toner. I have been using the toner in the morning, it leaves my skin moisturized and feeling soft. It is scented.
Estee Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Lip Color in Tiger Eye. A shimmery bronze color. I lined my lip with a chestnut liner. It is a nice nude look with a little shimmer.
A sample size of an Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus. The primer is to condition your lashes and make the mascara go on smooth. I’ve used the primer a few times. I haven’t notice a real different in my lashes. But it makes the mascara go on thicker.
A sample of Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara. I am a mascara junky. I have many favorites. I can add Sumptuous Extreme to my list of mascara to love. I like the look without the primer. It leaves my lashes long and wispy. Not clumpy at all.
Last but not least she gifted me a chocolate cup cake candle. I plan on saving for a special occasion or a soothing relaxing bath.
This was a fun project. I can’t wait to see what everyone else got in their beauty box exchange.
