When you exercise, eat healthy and mediate many changes occur.


What is lifes purpose?  One purpose of life,  is to exercise, eat healthy and meditate. Maintaining life’s balance is essential to living your best life. Many of us have shied away from the basic values and principle we learned as youngsters. Others may not have had these basics taught because of unfortunate circumstances. Please try to do moderate exercises, be mindful of what we eat and taking time to quite the mind.

    This is so true! Quiteing the mind is where I have always struggled. I have to do this first thing in the morning or it does not happen and I feel more focused when I get it done. Thank you

      Thanks you so much for sharing your experience. As women we rush through life trying to keep everyone happy. I wake up with a million an one things on the mind. I’ve learned the benefits of yoga in the morning. It is like it clears the slate clean. I then feel happy and revived. It is amazing how we can benefit greatly by something so simple as quite.

  3. I have been able to work with weights now that I am in high school, and I want to learn which vitamins and minerals to take. I want to take only natural things and FORGET anything like steriods. No way am I gonna mess myself up. Anybody have any advice?
